02/10/10, Local Los Angeles area doctors say Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan went beyond the bounds of safe and routine cosmetic surgery practice during a recent day-long operation on “The Hills” star Heidi Montag.
The Los Angeles doctors were responding to a statement issued by Dr. Ryan in that he had performed 10 cosmetic surgery procedures on Montag, while she was under anesthesia for approximately 10 hours, while the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon operated on her for nearly seven and a half hours. More
