02/03/2010 According to a recent interview in US Magazine, an ex-boyfriend of the 23-year old contestant, along with his mother, is claiming that ‘The Bachelor’ star Vienna Girardi not only was cheating on him, but had also stolen $5,000 from his bank account so she could get a breast enlargement surgery, while he was serving in the United States military while fighting in Iraq.

Breast enlargement is the third most common cosmetic surgery performed in the United States. Clinically known as augmentation mammoplasty, surgical breast implants have seen an increase of more than 20% over the past four years.
