03.30.10, Westminster, CA. – According the Associated Press, Yvonne Jean Pampellonne, a resident of Orange County was sentenced on Monday in Westminster to six months in jail for using a fraudulent line of credit in order to obtain $12,000 for cosmetic surgery procedures, which included breast implants and liposuction.
Pampellonne, 30, had pleaded guilty to burglary, grand theft, and identity theft. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail and was placed on three years probation. The Westminster judge also ordered restitution, yet the amount wasn’t made immediately clear.
The line of credit that was used under another person’s name by Pampellonne back in September 2008, was used on her cosmetic surgery procedures in Huntington Beach, CA, at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery.
