Real Housewife Gretchen Rossi Says Why She’ll Keep Her Boobs

October 7, 2009, When you’re a Real Housewife of Orange County, there’s a lot of pressure to look perfect – and plastic surgery is the usual solution. Not for Gretchen Rossi. According to Fox News, the 30 year-old blond bombshell who joined the show this season says she refuses to get breast implants because of her responsibility to be a role model.

“It is hard to stay strong and not go under the knife because I am surrounded by it,” she said at the recent “UNITE Unveiled: Gen Art’s Fresh Faces in Fashion” bash in West Hollywood. “But ultimately I feel I have made the right choice for me and I can only hope it sets an example to young girls that you don’t have to have plastic surgery to feel beautiful and confident. Love you Kate Hudson!”

She’s even championing her own version of the itty bitty titty committee; she has just started “The Gretchen Project” aimed at “finding alternative ways to maintain everlasting beauty without having to go under the knife.”

Gretchen had been engaged to Jeff Weitzel, a automotive industry mogul who was 23 years her senior, but he lost his battle with leukemia last year. She is trying to move on in her love life, but finds it difficult to let go; “My pain in losing Jeff will never go away,” she said.
