Invisalign® straightens one’s teeth by using a series of clear, removable aligners. The course of treatment involves changing aligners approximately every two weeks, as they will be moving your teeth into straighter position. Unlike braces, these clear aligners can be removed while you eat and brush your teeth as usual.

The average Invisalign cosmetic dentistry treatment takes approximately one year to complete. You’ll need to see your Certified Orthodontist or Cosmetic Dentist about every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to check the progress of dental treatment.

Maintaining regular intervals, one will receive a new set of custom-molded clear aligners to continue the teeth straightening process. The total number of clear aligners is specific to each individual and will be determined by how many are necessary once you have consulted with a qualified and trusted Cosmetic Dentist or Orthodontist.
